SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free on all orders in Canada and the US over $100 before taxes and after any discount codes are applied. 

For orders less than $100 shipping is $20.00. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Your order will generally arrive within 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once it leaves our fulfilment centre, it should arrive to you within 2-3 business days, depending on your location.

A single order may result in multiple shipments. In this case, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments from the same order.

We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible however, courier volumes remain high. Delivery of your order may take longer than usual at this time. 

Delivery Address and PO Boxes

Our team makes it a priority to process your order ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order’s delivery address once it’s been placed.  

How to Check the Status of an Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@myfunkins.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns

Your happiness with our Funkins products is our top priority.  If you have received an incorrectly shipped or damaged product we ask that you kindly contact us via email at orders@myfunkins.com so that we can fix the problem right away.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase made on myfunkins.ca or myfunkins.com, with the exception of sale items, please email us directly at orders@myfunkins.com with your order number. All returns should be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund (excluding your original Shipping & Handling Fee).  Return postage is your responsibility, unless your return is due to product default or a mistake made on our part.  We are not responsible for return packages lost en route.

Once our fulfilment centre has processed the return, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days processing by your financial institution.

Any items received outside of the above noted parameters may not be eligible for a full refund.
